As a Senior Account Executive - Fleet, you will drive revenue expansion by building strong relationships with corporate customers, partners and leasing companies. Your goal is to exceed sales targets while fostering long-term connections and delivering exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop sales strategies to reach fleet targets and expand customer base
- Establish and maintain key national and international fleet customer relationships, including negotiation and agreement-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery within set KPIs
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop proposals and negotiate agreements
- Direct supervision of key global accounts, fleet management organizations and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis and best practices to improve processes and drive business growth

Requirements:

You will thrive in this role if you have:

- Proven experience in Fleet & Business sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations and management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, Excel and PowerPoint
