Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting, providing therapeutic services that cater to their unique needs and goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a varied caseload, assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications to enhance independence.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, delivering high-quality therapeutic services in line with participant goals.
  • Assess and address the emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs of individuals.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on current best-practice standards.
  • Provide recommendations for assistive technology and environmental modifications to promote increased independence.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
