Occupational Therapist Position

We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated occupational therapist to join our expanding team of over 3,500 Australians who value diverse experiences, skills, and perspectives. Job Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants improve their quality of life.
  • Support and advise on environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommending Assistive Technology to assist participants with functional limitations and promote independence.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload.
  • Proactive, motivated by improvement and innovative ideas.
  • Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
