- About the Role:
- You will play a key part in strengthening and restoring families across the North and West Division.
- Your focus will be on supporting staff in programs like Family Preservation and Reunification, Integrated Family Services, Foster Care, and Kinship care.
- This involves providing expert advice on complex cases, escalating risks, and supporting staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist guidance on complex cases to ensure effective support for vulnerable families.
- Escalate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive meaningful change and improve service delivery in the division.
