Family Restoration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled practitioner to join our team in strengthening and restoring families.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children and young people impacted by complex trauma using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
The successful applicant will play a key role in enhancing our practice and quality excellence in Children, Youth and Family services across the North and West Division.
About YouYou will bring significant experience working with vulnerable populations and a deep understanding of the importance of culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices.
Your expertise will drive meaningful change and elevate the quality of service delivery in the division.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on complex cases and escalate risks.
- Support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based practices at our organization, ensuring that interventions are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.
We offer a competitive salary package, including SCHADS Level 8 plus superannuation, salary packaging, and 17.5% leave loading.
You will have full-time hours + hybrid work options aligned with operational needs.
