Senior Practitioner

Enhance practice excellence in children, youth and family services as a senior practitioner. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Uniting's expertise and quality across the North and West Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead workforce development in Family Preservation and Reunification programs
- Contribute to impactful outcomes for vulnerable families through expert advice and guidance
- Develop evidence-based practices at Uniting, ensuring culturally responsive and trauma-informed interventions
- Drive meaningful change and elevate service delivery quality in the division
You will influence practice and care across diverse communities and programs. Opportunities for hybrid working and regular travel across the service area are available. Requirements:- Significant experience supporting children and young people impacted by complex trauma using therapeutic approaches
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience across children, youth and family services from early intervention to foster and kinship care
- Track record in coaching staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training and providing case consultations
- Collaborative approach working confidently across teams and disciplines to guide high-quality decisions
