Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our organization. This role is crucial in managing and executing complex transformation projects across multiple teams, aligning with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-year project roadmap to deliver strategic goals.
- Plan and execute end-to-end projects to drive improvement and reduce enterprise risk.
- Lead the development of status, compliance, financial, and benefits reporting for executive steering and governance forums.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project-level risks.
- Operationalize improvement initiatives by enabling teams and delivering targeted training.
- Leverage tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to enhance project delivery.
- Monitor compliance with delivery frameworks and governance tools.
- Partner with the enterprise PMO to align on project reporting and integration.
- Uplift project management frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead benefits realization tracking and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Project and Program Management qualifications and/or exposure in a transformational environment, preferably in IT or telecoms.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience working in a PMO.
- Extensive experience working to governance principles.
- Experience in reviewing and facilitating user story development, workshop facilitation, and process mapping.
- Extensive project management experience leading transformation projects.
- Proven experience in presenting complex concepts meaningfully.
