Student Program Delivery Specialist

We seek a skilled Programs Coordinator to drive and grow our digitally-enabled student & industry programs as part of our national team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute program delivery, encompassing planning, configuration, UAT, support, and data-driven reporting for all stakeholders.
- Provide customer service, covering Practera's customers and their authorised users (including learners and mentors).
- Support learning design projects, customer delivery, and ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with students and early-career graduates from graduate recruitment, L&D, tertiary careers, Work Integrated Learning, or Student Experience backgrounds.
- High energy and entrepreneurial drive.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly; gain in-depth understanding of our customers, business, and processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, optimism, and flexibility in project changes and challenges.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
