Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for defining and driving the delivery of our product strategy and roadmap.

You will work closely with our Group Product Manager to identify business opportunities, develop product plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.

This is a 6-month contract role, offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to produce high-quality user experiences
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to balance user and business needs
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams
  • Work closely with other project managers to ensure alignment with long-term goals and short-term requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience building and growing SaaS products from ideation to launch
  • Strong communication skills to drive successful team outcomes
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on user value and commercial goals
  • Ability to lead delivery teams and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated acumen for synthesizing market and customer insights into winning product visions
