Key Transformational Role

The company is embarking on its largest transformational project to date. A seasoned Change Manager will play a crucial role in planning and implementing change interventions to support this transformation.

Working closely with stakeholders, the successful candidate will define the change management strategy and roadmap for the program. Delivering change interventions, communication, and training plans will ensure that people and customers are supported throughout the change and beyond.

With 5+ years' experience leading and landing successful change initiatives, the ideal candidate will bring innovative and collaborative skills to the table. Their ability to draw on different approaches and styles will help overcome resistance and achieve desired outcomes.

The Change Manager will create a holistic view of change for impacted stakeholders. They will develop and deliver appropriate change management and business readiness strategies to enhance the positive impacts of transformational change.

This full-time Change Manager role is a 2-year fixed-term position based out of our offices in either London or Melbourne, with the option of working some days from home.
