Join us in an exciting role as a Change Transformation Specialist to navigate complex change and help clients transition to low-impact, high-performance operating models. In this position, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement change management strategies that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience with change management methodologies, specifically communications and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for developing, recommending, and delivering change strategies, managing and implementing core change activities, and identifying communication needs.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to execute change and communications strategies and activities.
  • Ensuring change management and communications activities occur on time, and within budget.
  • Defining and measuring success metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, organisational change and planning and executing effective internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Track record of successful delivery of stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communications activities, and organisational readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of communications and change models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client handling and creative thinking skills, including the ability to work confidently across multiple projects, accounts and clients.
Preferred Requirements
  • PROSCI certification is encouraged.

  • Have a sense of resourcefulness and the ability to 'figure things out' independently.
