About the Role

The HSE Advisor is a key position that provides expert advice and support to the HSE Lead and team in driving HSE performance through alignment and delivery of programs and initiatives, and identification and management of HSE risks across the portfolio.

This role is responsible for monitoring and interpreting HSE legislation, policies and regulations to provide direction and advice that meets statutory, corporate and client objectives and responsibilities.

The HSE Advisor will work closely with the leadership team to support a network of platforms and facilities in VIC, and will be part of a 2 on 2 off roster working offshore in the Bass Strait.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years' experience in HSE roles in high-risk industries, preferably with offshore experience
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant HSE legislation, including AS/NZS 4801 and ISO 9001
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and implement HSE management systems
  • Experience in leading incident investigations, reporting and presenting outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholders' demands in a time-critical environment
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work as part of a high-performing team
