Global Implementation Specialist

The GlobalView Senior/Lead Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution.

This position is responsible for providing consulting and implementation services to clients, ensuring all departmental KPIs are met. This includes:

  • Implementing client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP).
  • Performing blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements.
  • Designing and documenting client solutions, including business requirements and program specifications according to ADP's documentation guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP products, related news, and developments to the product and its competitors. They should also be able to maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products and provide assistance and liaise with Product Managers & Project teams to design non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical onboarding, product, and process training to graduates and new consultants, accelerating learning and integration.
  2. Actively support Graduates under ADP's Global Implementation Academy, serving as coaches as they embark on related activities under the program.
  3. Participate in Implementation Team forums, contribute to knowledge sharing, and team development sessions.
  4. Liaise with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, providing any necessary assistance, including data loads and reconciliation, HR/Payroll reporting, and analysis.
  5. Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
