Senior Implementation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our clients' projects, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, client-facing skills, and technical knowledge. They will be responsible for leading or co-managing implementation projects, providing guidance on best practice implementations, and ensuring daily execution of project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or co-manage implementation projects from start to finish
  • Provide expert advice on project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Guide customers on efficient workflow configuration and best practice implementations
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management and implementation services
  • Strong technical knowledge of software systems and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Travel may be required up to 50% per year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or industry certification in a relevant field
