About Our Opportunity

As a Senior Product Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful deployment and adoption of our market-leading tax reporting and compliance solution.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that all client-specific configurations and customizations are completed on time and to a high standard with minimal disruption to their operations
  • Prepare and replicate tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations, for the implementation and operation of our solution, ensuring accuracy and technical correctness with input from subject matter experts while interpreting clients' raw financial data
  • Identify opportunities for improving the implementation process and work with relevant teams to implement these improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a product implementation or similar role, ideally within a software development environment, leading a team to achieve key business outcomes
  • Demonstrated strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and configure software solutions. Experience with tax compliance or accounting software is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, experience with financial statements, and competency in preparing foundational tax effect accounting calculations
  • A strong client focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
