Digital Transformation Expert

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will drive the digital transformation of our business by taking ownership of the entire development process from concept and design to deployment and production support.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions that enhance our digital touchpoints and improve our member experience.

Responsibilities include understanding business and customer problems, exploring potential solutions, and applying best-practice architectural patterns.

  • Write clean, efficient, modular, and scalable code using TypeScript, NestJS, React, NextJS, and GraphQL.
  • Deliver full-stack solutions with a primary focus on front end design using React and modern HTML/CSS techniques.
  • Drive a design-led engineering approach, ensuring UI/UX principles are embedded into every stage of development.
  • Apply an AI-led engineering approach, leveraging emerging AI tools and techniques to enhance development speed, product quality, and user experience.
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and continuously optimizing performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:
  • A strong technical foundation and problem-solving mindset.
  • 6+ years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year working with TypeScript, NestJS, React, NextJS, and GraphQL.
  • Experience as a full-stack developer with a strong emphasis on front end design using react and modern CSS/HTML techniques.
  • Hands-on expertise in styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS to deliver scalable, responsive, and maintainable designs.
  • Embracing an AI-led engineering approach and utilising AI tools and methodologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and product excellence.
  • Taking a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, balancing technical excellence with real-world application.
  • Holding a strong ownership mindset, taking initiative and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
  • Collaborating effectively across teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
