Job Title

Digital Transformation Expert

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our government department and agency partners to drive their digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies. As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for setting the strategy to drive your customer's innovation agenda, ideating with them, and inspiring them around the possibilities that technology can provide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work in partnership with the Account Executive to set the strategy for driving customer's innovation agenda.
  2. Ideate with customers and inspire them around the possibilities that technology can provide.
  3. Support the development of technical strategies and roadmaps that align with business and industry needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Microsoft to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with customers to drive digital transformation in a technical consulting or sales role.
  • Understanding of how to build a technical strategy and roadmap, gaining executive buy-in, and orchestrating a team to execute against that plan.
  • Passion for and knowledge of a range of technical solutions such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, cloud platforms, business applications, and productivity tools.
