Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment processes, coordinating processes for new starters to the company, and providing support for systems and processes on HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records to support the recruitment selection process;
- Support HR Advisors with the processing of new employee onboarding and current employee change of conditions;
- Coordinate and assist in the induction program;
- Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements;
- Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters;
- Monitor Group Mailbox and respond to enquiries from employees and hiring managers;
- Participate in a range of HR Projects and tasks requiring HR involvement and expertise;
- Ensure 100% data integrity of HR Information systems.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. HR Management/Systems) at Diploma or Certificate IV level, and 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role;
- High level attention to detail and accuracy;
- Well developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint. Previous Workday and/or Springboard use and experience is an advantage;
- Ability to prioritise work and operate within tight deadlines;
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team;
- Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment;
- Must be pro-active in identifying risk, problem solving and process improvement.
