About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer to join our dynamic IT team, driving process improvement and automation across various business areas.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements (60% in the office).

You will be part of our Sydney or Brisbane-based team and work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years in automation development within a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Experience with Boomi for automation across enterprise systems is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Workato, K2, and/or Automation Anywhere is beneficial.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to discover, understand, and integrate with RESTful APIs.
  • Experienced in integrating across hybrid environments, including cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and on-premises enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of security best practices and how they apply to automation solutions.
  • Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
