About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Ambassador to join our team in Geelong. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting local store owners in growing their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and new business leads to drive sales growth and increase product distribution and availability.
  • Work closely with 3rd party partners to collaborate and build wins across your territory.
  • Master power selling sales techniques and embrace our Red Bull MVP mantra and values.
  • Strategically approach a defined geographical territory, executing effective visitation of allocated accounts at optimal regularity.
  • Help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers and master converting new business leads in non-traditional channels.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, driving the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards.
  • Prewell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts.

Requirements

  • Sales experience required, and FMCG experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.
  • Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness.
  • Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
  • A valid and full driver's license is required.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Travel 20-30%.
