Job Description:

As a seasoned product professional, you will lead the development and enhancement of AI-powered product features. This role requires expertise in large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and refine cutting-edge AI solutions. This includes drafting, testing, and iterating prompts and user interactions for AI tools to ensure high-quality user experiences tailored for the Japanese market.

Additionally, you will evaluate and assess product performance, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver comprehensive results. You will engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into the product development process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong sense of curiosity and confidence to explore complex and unfamiliar domains. Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields is essential. Full professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required. English proficiency is a plus. Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with search languages and data analysis, are necessary.

Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or developing AI-powered products is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are required. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, are essential.
