About the Role As an AI Senior Product Manager (Japanese Speaking), you will: Lead the development and enhancement of AI-powered product features, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Innovation Labs—to design, build, and refine cutting-edge AI solutions.
Draft, test, and iterate prompts and user interactions for AI tools to ensure high-quality user experiences tailored for the Japanese market.
Evaluate and assess product performance, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver comprehensive results.
Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into the product development process.
Stay current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
About You You're a strong fit for the AI Senior Product Manager (Japanese Speaking) role if you have:3+ years of experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields.
Full professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with search languages (e.g., Boolean) and data analysis.
Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or developing AI-powered products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in computer science, data science, information science, engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital product platforms.
