Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects and programs that support our organization's objectives.
The RoleAs a Senior Project Officer, you will provide high-level advice and undertake complex projects and programs that align with our strategic goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of grant deeds and memorandums on behalf of the State Government.
- Coordinating the delivery of accurate and timely information and advice to stakeholders regarding funded projects, grants, and strategic initiatives.
- Fostering positive relationships between State Government, Local Government, and the construction industry through reliable and well-informed advice.
- Undertaking project activities including investigations, assessments, planning, and improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate experience across key capabilities:
- Project management, operational, and corporate support.
- General knowledge of government policies and procedures.
- Understanding of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and associated codes, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to interpret, review, and implement relevant policies, legislation, and regulations.
This is an initial 1-year term contract position.
