An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic leader to oversee and lead a well-established Group Training Organisation (GTO) supporting apprenticeships in the construction sector. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by driving performance, compliance, and safety across this dynamic sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the GTO, managing apprentice recruitment, placement, and supervision.
  • Focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in placement, retention, and completion while ensuring compliance with training standards, workplace health and safety, and employment laws.
  • Build strategic partnerships to maximize funding opportunities, foster a culture of safety and development, oversee financial performance, and stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with experience in managing a business or division, teamed with a passion for mentoring and developing others' careers. They will possess solid operational and compliance knowledge, along with proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities. They will demonstrate sound financial acumen and foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and professional growth.
