Clinical Documentation Improvement Analyst
Job Description:The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation, which is essential for optimal patient care and reimbursement.
Key responsibilities include reviewing medical records to identify areas where documentation can be improved, providing education and guidance to healthcare professionals on best practices for documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement CDI programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience;
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation principles and standards;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
