Transforming Business Processes with Innovation

You will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery workshops with customers in financial services institutions, and recommend the right ServiceNow solutions.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations showcasing how ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows accelerate transformation in the sector.
  • Build trusted relationships with financial services institutions to foster long-term collaboration and account growth.
  • Share best practices, playbooks, and artefacts with other Solution Consultants to improve team capability and deal velocity.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ServiceNow differentiation in the vertical.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience, especially supporting Tier-1 financial services accounts.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, particularly Customer & Industry Workflows, and knowledge of the financial services sector.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and relationship management across Australia and New Zealand telco landscape.
  • Ability to travel across ANZ as needed.
  • ServiceNow or relevant technology certifications preferred.
