Business Process Designer

A business process designer is required to join a large-scale IT transformation project. This role involves creating detailed models of business processes, system processes, and data flows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process analysis, design, and implementation, particularly in finance and human capital management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and comprehensive business process models using BPMN standard.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate process requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including as-is and to-be process designs.
  • Support downstream teams throughout solution development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a process analyst or designer in transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of finance, payroll, and/or HCM functions, compliance, and best practices.
  • Skilled in BPMN process modelling using tools like Visio or Signavio.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement.
