Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Nurse to work in our veterinary clinic.

About the Role

This is a part-time, fixed-term contract that allows you to work remotely while experiencing a fast-paced industry. We require applicants who have availability across Monday to Saturday. Ideally available to start at either 8:00am or 12:00pm AEST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general reception support, including booking appointments and triage calls.
  • Answer phone inquiries and manage client reminders.
  • Support online bookings and provide high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Clinically experienced and passionate about customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of RxWorks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
