We are seeking a dedicated and skilled veterinary nurse to join our team on a part-time 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- This position involves providing general reception support, including booking appointments and triaging calls.
- You will be responsible for answering phone inquiries, responding to website inquiries, and managing client reminders.
- Additionally, you will support online bookings and provide high-quality customer service to our clients.
- Veterinary Reception Support: Provide general reception support, including booking appointments and triaging calls.
- Client Communication: Answer phone inquiries, respond to website inquiries, and manage client reminders.
- Online Bookings: Support online bookings and provide high-quality customer service to our clients.
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
- Clinically experienced and passionate about customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone.
- Working knowledge of RxWorks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
