General Advice and Booking Support

You will work as a vital member of our dedicated team providing general advice, booking appointments, and managing online bookings. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to triage calls effectively.

About the Role

This is a flexible, remote-based contract allowing you to work part-time while experiencing a fast-paced industry. You will have the opportunity to work from home or use our head office in North Ryde if based in Sydney.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general veterinary reception support, including booking appointments and answering phone inquiries.
  • Manage client reminders, respond to website inquiries, and support online bookings.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and work collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Clinically experienced and passionate about customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of RxWorks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Benefits

Remuneration is aligned with the Veterinary Nurse Award Wage. You will have the opportunity to start in September, with two weeks of full-time training or three weeks of part-time training.

Location and Work Arrangements

Hybrid/remote-based role with the option to work from home. If located in Sydney, you may also use the head office in North Ryde.
