About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales and Events to join our team at The Cavalry Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales function across multiple business units, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales teams across various venues and business units, ensuring revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Lead sales efforts for major events, weddings, corporate functions, and external catering, leveraging your exceptional business development skills and well-established network.
  • Drive revenue through innovative sales strategies and maintain a strong results-focused mindset, working closely with the executive team and owner to contribute to overall business growth and success.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the events, hospitality, or catering sectors, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional business development skills, with a well-established network and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, overseeing multiple site-based sales teams and contributing to overall business success.
