Job Title: Commercial Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of construction contracts and procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation;">
  • Managing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules;">
  • Assisting with progress claims and external variations;">
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts;">
  • Managing project expenditure, including subcontractor claims;">
  • Administering RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants;">
  • Administering the project HSE system;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia;">
  • Fit-out and refurbishment experience is preferred;">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management;">
  • Procore experience is highly preferred;">
  • Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW;">
  • Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors;">
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills;">
