People Data System Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our People and Development Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support, delivering change, and maintaining Employee and Payroll Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll systems-related matters, recommending and managing actions to completion.
- Analyse system errors and recommend solutions.
- Ensure all functional and process requirements and improvements are understood and implemented.
- Configure and implement system changes in SAP Time Evaluation and Payroll, or general SAP HR table configuration.
- Assist/perform data conversion activities for business as usual or project initiatives using reporting tools and LSMW.
- Provide relevant training and development to Employee and Payroll Services teams.
- Liaise with system developers to achieve robust technical solutions for business outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation is adequately captured and updated.
- Create, maintain, and run reports as required using various reporting tools and technologies.
About You:
- Experience working with HR/Payroll, Time Attendance systems, Power BI, and SAP is essential.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in configuration of SAP Time, Payroll, and general SAP HR-related configuration.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP reporting tools, Spinifex preferred.
- Results-oriented and able to work to tight timeframes.
