Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Data and Reporting Analyst to join our national people team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement HR reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the IT team to automate and integrate HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide expert advice on HR data management and analytics to the business, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures, maintaining the confidentiality of HR data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our HR data management.
- Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and measurements.
- Expertise in developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS software (desirable) and strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
