Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data and Reporting Analyst to join our national people team in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to automate and integrate HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide expert advice on HR data management and analytics to the business, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures, maintaining the confidentiality of HR data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our HR data management.
About You
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and measurements.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering HR reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR information management within business structures and processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and CHRIS21 COINS software (desirable) and strong Microsoft Office skills (essential).
