Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving the delivery of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product functional domain, market landscape, customer requirements and leading practices.

About the Role
  • Lead initiatives within the search and catalogue domain across web and mobile.
  • Pioneer next-generation search experiences—driving advancements in ranking, relevance, NLP, and semantic intelligence.
  • Collaborate with UX and research teams to create user-friendly, accessible search experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive ongoing enhancements in search relevance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction through experiments and data analysis.
  2. Define the product vision and roadmap for the domain and coordinate with other PMs on related initiatives.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders across the company and champion product management.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience with user-facing products.
  • Proven experience leading search, discovery, or data-rich product areas in high-traffic environments.
  • Strong background with AI/ML teams on information retrieval, ranking models, NLP, or query understanding.
