Product Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a Product Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and scaling of our product offering.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and experience working on product launches. You will work closely with global teams, regional leadership, and sales colleagues to understand customer needs and provide support to sales and customer-facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and scale the product offering through client research and market analysis with sales and other streams
  • Support the delivery of end-to-end projects at all stages
  • Work closely with global teams, regional leadership, and sales colleagues to understand customer needs
  • Monitor product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle and make recommendations regarding solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product strategy
  • Provide support to sales and customer-facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a complex global environment
  • Experience contributing data-driven product adjustment recommendations accepted by senior leaders
  • Extensive experience working on product launches
