Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to drive product delivery and directly shape the way insurance products are brought to market.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, self-sufficient, and enjoy problem-solving, with excellent communication skills.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of new and updated general insurance products, capturing, validating, and translating underwriting and business requirements into clear specifications.

You will configure product rules, rating logic, workflows, and documents within a policy admin system, oversee and support UAT, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.

Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert on product structures, workflows, and system functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the General Insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of policy administration systems, rating engines, and underwriting processes.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across both insurance and technology.
