Key Administrative and Financial Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to become an integral part of our team in the role of Administration and Finance Officer.

This is a permanent full-time position located in a city-fringe area with onsite parking, offering great rewards and benefits at one of Australia's leading charitable aged care service providers.

  • Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, on-boarding vendors, smartbuy, goods and equipment purchasing, stock control and ordering.
  • Support will also be required in workflows for efficient, effective and value-based purchasing and administrative processes.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role, showcasing strong reporting and recording, organisational and time management skills.

They must possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

A basic knowledge of the Aged Care Standards applicable to the role is also essential.
