As a Business Development Representative for Bathroom Products, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.

**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner, offering expert advice on designer bathroom products and fittings

• Assist customers with product selection, design advice, and maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Process transactions using the POS system, handle stock transfers and ordering, and assist with damaged stock and warranty claims

• Develop effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive business growth and exceed sales targets

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of bathroom products and industry trends
