- Conduct control design and operating effectiveness assessments, recommending remediation actions for control deficiencies.
- Monitor risk exposures, considering control health, outstanding issues, and incidents.
- Support the investigation and management of operational risk incidents, near misses, and issues.
- Prepare risk reports that provide insights into the operational risk landscape and control environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Support business continuity management activities, including business impact analysis and scenario testing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational risk management, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
