Design Innovator Wanted

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our activewear brand.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for translating our brand's vision, values, and creative direction into innovative and compelling product designs.
  • Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for design will drive the development of products that resonate with our community while meeting functional, aesthetic, and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a culture of innovation by collaborating with Creative Direction to understand our product vision and community needs.
  2. Develop comprehensive technical drawings and specifications that guide the product development process.
  3. Participate in the review and refinement of prototypes and samples, providing feedback on design aesthetics, fit, comfort, and functionality.
  4. Research and evaluate materials, trims, and embellishments to ensure optimal performance, quality, and aesthetic appeal.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in activewear design with a focus on innovative and stylish products.
  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management Software and CAD tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
