Are you passionate about internal communications and looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact?

We are currently seeking two senior professionals to join our Internal Communications Team, who will be responsible for promoting our Business Strategy updates, key project planning, leadership communications, training, and support for events or business-wide programs.

As an Internal Communications Specialist or Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Team and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective communication strategies that engage and energize our employees.

Key responsibilities include maintaining oversight of the communications calendar, working across the business to advise colleagues, and guiding the messaging that informs, engages, and energises our 1200 people.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a comprehensive background in internal communications, a team-first mentality, and strong strategic viewpoint. You will also need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects while providing excellent customer service.
