Due to an internal transfer and some long-service leave, we are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals for two essential senior roles within our Internal Communications Team:

Internal Communication Specialist: Permanent, Full-time**:

- ** Internal Communication Manager: Approx. 7 months Fixed-term, Full-time**

Help us drive continuous channel improvement by refining the many ways we engage employees, update them on our rapidly changing electricity sector and promote the feats of our diverse, world-class workforce.

Success for the Internal Communications Specialist (Permanent, Full-time) means tirelessly promoting our Business Strategy updates, key project planning, leadership communications training and support for events or business-wide programs.

To lead as the Internal Communications Manager (Fixed-Term, up to seven months), you'll need to hit the ground running and guide a dedicated and highly skilled small team. Successfully leading the function means you will maintain oversight of the communications calendar, work across the business and advise colleagues every day as you guide the messaging that informs, engages and energises our 1200 people.

Both roles must thrive on responsiveness, collaboration and celebrating our work.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about internal communications to be part of a collaborative, diverse team in an exciting time for the industry.

You should offer us a comprehensive internal communications background and a team first mentality. Expect to work at all levels - from the Executive Team to the frontline. We're looking for your strong strategic viewpoint, a nimbleness to juggle and improve work from a diverse range of colleagues plus examples of how you plan to train our leaders to align their people to our Purpose and priorities.
A degree in Communications or a similar discipline will be highly regarded.

For the Internal Communications Manager vacancy, you will also be required to have demonstrated experience and an ability to lead a small team and experience in managing internal communications in a complex business. The Manager will also be involved in crisis and emergency management through an on-call support role and you will need to be available for on-call duties.
