About the Role
The Toll Facilities Market Lead will be responsible for supporting our local areas in identifying and developing projects and programs where we can bring our suite of professional services to toll facility clients.

Key Responsibilities
This role will involve working with area business development leaders and business group managers to develop and share knowledge of trends and drivers within the toll market. You will also support areas in the identification, pursuit and delivery of area toll facility client opportunities where we can compete and deliver professional services. Additionally, you will support areas in researching toll facility clients in their markets and help develop client relationships that include local area teams and market sector teams.

Growth and Success of Tolling Services
The Toll Facilities Market Lead will be responsible for the growth and success of tolling services and programs for toll road clients. This will involve working closely with HDR leaders across the business group to broaden the range of toll services offered by us and to provide professional development for staff as they provide services to toll facility clients.

Industry Organizations
The Toll Facilities Market Lead will lead our strategy for presence and leadership in industry organizations including IBTTA and others.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in an architecture, engineering, planning or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and or planning services. They will also have experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
