About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Estia Health. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in our residential facilities
  • Provide exceptional laundry services to residents and staff
  • Support residents by providing quality service, respecting their dignity and privacy
  • Record and monitor laundry cleaning schedules and tasks
Requirements
  • Ability to operate autonomously and effectively manage workload
  • Deliver to established health and hygiene standards with a commitment to Work Health and Safety principles
  • Exceptional cleaning skills with attention to detail
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system
