Establish a clean and safe environment for residents by maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in our homes.
We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at one of our 73 homes.
This diverse role offers the opportunity to take pride in creating a home that residents love. No two days will be the same, with varying tasks such as cleaning, stocktake, laundry services, and building cleaning plans.
As a Housekeeper, you'll commit to:
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for residents
- Providing exceptional laundry services to the home and residents
- Supporting residents with quality service, respect, and dignity
- Displaying attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards
- Recording laundry cleaning schedules and monitoring processes
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to operate independently while managing workload effectively
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills with empathy
- The ability to implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system
