Housekeeper (Cleaner/Laundry Attendant) Role:
  • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our residents.
  • Deliver exceptional cleanliness and safety standards, making a positive impact on the home's presentation and service.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of aged care professionals to enrich and celebrate the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system, including auditing and site inspections.
  • Ensure the delivery of health and hygiene standards, adhering to Work, Health and Safety principles.
  • Be a positive, warm, and empathetic team player, with a can-do approach.
Food Service Assistant (Kitchenhand) Role:
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas, bringing a sparkle to the environment.
  • Work with the team and residents to create exciting meals, catering to individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records as part of our Food Safety Program.
  • Be active and on your feet for most of your shift, ensuring a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
