We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.
Responsibilities- Process weekly payrolls for 300-400 employees
- Manage new starters, terminations, Masterfile changes, overtime, leave processing and report checking
- Interpret relevant awards and policies
- Perform adjustment calculations
- Assist with Work Cover administration
- Provide payroll support and guidance to staff members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills
- Confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
