Job Title: Procurement Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to customer inquiries related to procurement within the Digital Marketplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and responding to all inbound customer enquiries relating to procurement and the Digital Marketplace;
  • Leveraging your excellent customer service skills to understand the enquiry and determine the appropriate path for resolution;
  • Supporting the team's continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder management; and
  • Maintaining high standards of professional conduct and supporting colleagues in a collaborative team environment.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer contact centre or similar environment;
  • Excellent and professional customer service manner and presentation;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
  • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and capacity to make decisions and recommendations where diverse interests need to be considered;
