The Role

Our goal is to enable individuals with disabilities to live an independent and holistic life. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
  • Community access

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least one year experience as a Support Worker
  • Clearance, First Aid, CPR & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
  • Drivers License & comprehensive car insurance
Shifts Available

Kurunjang: Wednesday 12pm-2pm (fortnightly)

Delahey: Thursday 12.30pm-4.30pm (week 1), Thursday 12.30pm-2.30pm (week 2)

Sydenham: 3hr shift fortnightly (flexible with day)
